Kavico completed a 3-story commercial building in , providing modern office spaces for local businesses. Finished in February 2024, this project highlights our expertise in constructing functional, high-quality commercial structures.
The project started with site surveys and structural design approval. We laid a deep foundation to support the multi-story structure, followed by steel framing and concrete pouring. Exterior glass facades were installed for a sleek look, while interior works included electrical systems, plumbing, and painting. The building was handed over after rigorous safety and quality checks.
